When we're available
Phone: answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Scheduled visits: 7 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week, including most public holidays.
Emergency visits: outside those hours for refrigeration failures, where every hour of downtime has a cost. After-hours visits carry a surcharge that is disclosed before we dispatch.
