Regular dispatch: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, including most public holidays.
Emergency line: 24 hours a day for refrigeration failures, where every hour of downtime has a cost. After-hours visits carry a surcharge that is disclosed before we dispatch.
