Diagnostic waived with repair — our standing offer, not a limited promotion. The diagnostic fee is removed from your invoice whenever you approve the repair. No code needed.
Repeat customer — returning customers with a completed job on file receive priority scheduling at no additional cost.
Multi-appliance visit — where we repair a second appliance on the same visit, only one diagnostic fee applies.
Seasonal and promotional offers are published here with their codes, conditions, and expiry dates once the coupon system is live. Expired offers are removed rather than left up to attract clicks.
Terms
How offers work
One offer per job unless stated otherwise. Offers apply to labour and diagnostic fees, not to parts at cost.
Offers cannot be applied retroactively to an invoice that has already been issued, so mention the code when you book.
