Appliance Repair in Leonia, NJ

Leonia is where SOS Appliance Repair is based, so it is the shortest drive on our schedule. The borough is small, set between Overpeck County Park on the west and Fort Lee on the east, and much of its housing is older single-family homes from the first half of the twentieth century. In houses that age the appliance is rarely the original, but the plumbing, wiring and venting behind it often are. A dryer that takes two cycles is as likely to be a long or crushed vent run through an old wall as a failed heating element, and a dishwasher that won't drain sometimes traces back to a partly blocked kitchen drain rather than the pump, so we check the connection as well as the machine before replacing anything. Basement laundry is common here, which is why we ask about the stairs and the clearance at the bottom before a washer or dryer swap. Whatever the job, you get a written estimate before work starts and a 12-month parts-and-labor warranty on the repair.
