DishDrawer won't start
The key lock is the most common cause, along with a drawer that is not fully closed. If neither is it, the lid, the control or a sensor is next.
DishDrawer not draining
A clogged filter in the bottom of the drawer, a kinked drain hose or a blocked disposal connection, then the drain pump.
DishDrawer leaking or not sealing
A motorized lid lowers onto the drawer to seal it during a wash. A worn lid seal or a lid that does not close fully lets water out at the top of the drawer.
Refrigerator not cooling
Fans, a defrost fault or restricted airflow over the condenser, checked before the sealed system.
Ice maker problems
Water supply, filter and fill valve first; the ice maker module last.

DishDrawers and integrated refrigerators are expensive to replace and often need panel or cabinet work. Their common faults are individual parts such as seals, pumps, filters and fans, so repair is usually the better value. Parts are sometimes ordered, and we confirm the timeline before you commit.

Why won't my Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer start?
Check that the key lock is off and the drawer is fully closed. The lock is turned off with a button hold described in your user guide. If the drawer still won't start, the lid, a sensor or the control may have failed, and SOS Appliance Repair can diagnose it.
